Workshop:  Declarative Language

Do you often get single word responses or no response at all when you ask your child 'what did you do today?' This workshop is designed to teach parents how to use declarative language, a communication style that replaces questions with comments in order to get more information from your child.  Using declarative language also helps your child develop more autonomy and executive function skills.
