As this past weekend's rain showed, Autumn is officially here. But the PTO will "weather the weather" as we gear up for the fall and winter activities starting this month. Below you'll find information on the Upper School Socials/Dances, which begin soon, and the Annual Fall Family Picnic for all grades. Remember, the picnic will run rain or shine, so don't fear the storm—we'll just move it inside! Hope you can join us.

As always, the Electronic Backpack will connect you to all PTO events and links. We'll let you know whenever the PTO's calendar of events gets updated. The PTO appreciates our volunteers; some of you have already let us know your ideas and suggestions, and we are so grateful!

Events & Programs

This year's picnic will be held Sunday, October 27, from 1:00 –4:00 pm, at ECLC. In the event of rain, we won't cancel—we'll just move it inside! Come with the family and enjoy food, snacks, crafts and games, music and dancing, and more! Find the registration form and volunteer opportunities/sign-up, as well as payment info here.

Upper School Socials/Dances

Packets were sent home last week, but you can also access all the info and required forms here. Deadline to register is Wednesday, October 16. Payment can be made at the door for each event students attend, or you can pay in advance online. (See packet for all links and more info.)

Did I Already Do That? A Helpful Hint...

We're all super busy, so if you're confused about what you've already registered and/or paid for, just go to "My Account" in the Membership Toolkit navigation menu and select "Previous Orders" for a list of all your past payments.

For all things PTO, create or update your account to get access to all the information and activities you need to know. Be sure to update or add your family's contact information for the school Directory.

Donate with Box Tops

You can easily donate to ECLC using the Box Tops App to scan your receipts. Just register and search for "ECLC ELEMENTARY" when you sign up. The app will find participating products purchased at any store and instantly earn the school cash with every Box Tops product you buy.

PTO Meetings

PTO meetings are held monthly on select Tuesdays at 7:00, either in person at school or hybrid/online. The link to web meetings will be provided in the newsletters.
