As the decorations on lawns and town main streets around the state indicate, we are full-swing into the fall/winter holiday season. With Turkey Day and other festivities approaching, the PTO would like to celebrate the success of the fall book fair last week. We earned over $3000, and our students got some great books and other items. Huge acknowledgements and Thank Yous to our amazing volunteers for your help with the fair—we literally could not have done it without you!
In other ECLC news, the Walk-A-Thon in Verona was very successful, with over 100 families participating. The Halloween Parade was also a success, but Mr. Killian has announced that the parade route will be changed next year to reduce the amount of walking for the younger children.
