Week of March 24, 2025
world down syndrome day - embrace differences
Happy Awareness-es!!

In addition to previously mentioned World Down Syndrome Day and Developmental Disabilities Month, in March we celebrate Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month. We also go purple for Epilepsy Awareness Day on March 26. March 1 was International Wheelchair Day, so all around a month of celebrations of our kids and how much we cherish them! This is also the month the crocuses start to make themselves known, so flowers all around!

As for what the PTO is doing to continue to celebrate and support our students, look down below for both continuing and upcoming events. Try to stay dry and warm this wintery weathery March—it's definitely coming in like a lion, so let's hope this final week leads us toward more lamb-like spring-like weather in April.
