Welcome Back!

The ECLC PTO of Chatham is happy to welcome our returning and new students for the 2025-26 school year! These weekly newsletters will share the many PTO events going on each semester. Each week you'll find information on upcoming events and programs, opportunities to volunteer, PTO meeting dates, quick links to our website, and much more.

~ If you know someone who should be receiving the email but isn't, please direct them to the PTO Home Pageto register or have them contact us. ~

We display two calendars on the PTO website: (1) The PTO Calendar of Events will provide you with information on everything we have going on during the school year. (2) We have also created a more comprehensive calendar that includes school events and activities/events from other school groups and the ECLC Foundation. Be sure to check back regularly for updates to any listed dates and times.

The Electronic Newsletter on the website will also show what's going on and how to connect to register, pay, and/or volunteer. We'll admit that sometimes the site can be glitchy, so nytime you have trouble accessing something on the website, do not hesitate to reach out to us.

So with all that, we wish each and everyone of our fabulous students, amazing staff, and wonderful families a happy, healthy, productive school year! We are so glad to have you back, and if you're new to ECLC then WELCOME!!

Events & Programs

Back to School Night

Back to School Night is Thursday, September 11, from 6:30-8:00 pm. Meet your children's teachers, therapists, aides, and other staff, and get oriented to all the services and opportunities ECLC offers students according to their ages and levels.

Be sure to look for the PTO table while you're there. We will be providing everyone with a Welcome Packet with all the information you could possibly need about who we are, what we do, and how you can get involved. (Anyone who can't make it to Back to School Night, please view or download the Welcome Packet here.) We look forward to seeing you!

Volunteer Opportunities

We love our family volunteers and appreciate any amount of help you are able to give. Short on time? We also have opportunities for items to be donated to various events and other ways to participate. Look for more info to come on how you can get involved soon!

We are happy to provide one place for parents, guardians, and staff to go for all things PTO! Create or update your account now to get access to PTO information and activities. You can also update or add your family's contact information for the school Directory.

All families are invited to join the ECLC PTO of Chatham. We are a group of parents and staff who work together to provide fun and cultural experiences for ECLC students as well as to cooperate with ECLC in promoting child welfare in home, school, and community.

JOIN US and help promote and provide activities that help our children lead fuller, happier lives. The 2025-26 Welcome Packet has all the information you need on the benefits of joining the PTO and how to sign up. All PTO members receive discounts on events held for students.

Fundraising Reminders

Donate Today!

Donations are always accepted. All donations go directly to support the programs and events our organization offers — no amount is too small! Please consider making a donation today via our online donation page.

Donate with Box Tops

You can easily donate to ECLC using the Box Tops App to scan your receipts. Just register and search for "ECLC ELEMENTARY" when you sign up. The app will find participating products purchased at any store and instantly earn the school cash with every Box Tops product you buy.

PTO Meetings

JOIN US! Meetings are held monthly on select Tuesdays at 7:00. Our first open PTO meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 17. A link to the meeting for those who can't attend in person will be provided in the next newsletter.

2025-26 Meetings Schedule:

September 9 — October 7 — November 11 — December 2 — January 13 — February 10 — March 3 — April 7 — May 12 — June 2

We will announce if a meeting will be online only.
