Happy Down Syndrome Celebration Month!

AND A WHOLE BUNCH MORE AWARENESS & CELEBRATION DAYS THIS OCTOBER!!

October is Down Syndrome Awareness Month, but we say "Celebration"!! For our Ds families—and all the families of all our amazing students—we love that you're a part of ECLC and the PTO of Chatham! Our kids are just astounding people, and you are part of what make them so special. Everyone at ECLC shares the common thread of supporting our students with disabilities. The PTO and all our volunteers continue to celebrate our kids with the fun activities we run, and more to come as the months pass. So this October, let's celebrate our children, Ds and more, for the amazing people they are and are becoming. Thank you all for joining us on the journey with our beloved students—we are always grateful.

Fall Family Picnic Cancelled

Again, sadly, the Fall Family Picnic is cancelled. The PTO is soliciting ideas and suggestions for events that families will be able to attend. Please contact us.

Remember, the deadline to register is this Friday, October 10. You can pay as you go for each event students attend, or in advance online. All links and info here.

PTO Meetings

JOIN US! Meetings are held monthly on select Tuesdays at 7:00. Our first open PTO meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 17. A link to the meeting for those who can't attend in person will be provided in the next newsletter.

We will announce if a meeting will be online only.
